My path to creative leadership began through my artistic practice. I was a Graphic Designer, exercising how form, language, and visual systems influence attention, understanding, and behavior.

That hands-on foundation expanded into marketing and development work, where I led creative projects end-to-end including concept, application, art direction, creative execution and delivery across channels.

My approach blends business strategy with human-centered design. I regularly serve as a creative consultant, partnering with founders, executives, board leaders, and industry clients to develop ideas, present and defend work, secure alignment and budgets, and carry initiatives from concept through launch.

Alongside my professional practice, I am an Adjunct Faculty for Multimedia, Graphic Design, Web Design and Motion Graphics courses at ISU and ICC.
